Sculptra® is an anti-aging facial injection treatment. Over a series of treatments, your treatment provider will inject Sculptra® Aesthetic in key areas of the face to gradually restore a youthful appearance.

HOW LONG DOES A SCULPTRA TREATMENT TAKE?
Each Sculptra® appointment is just 15-30 minutes. To achieve the full benefits of Sculptra®, we schedule each patient for a series of 3-4 injection appointments over a few months. This allows for gradual collagen replacement and lets us monitor each round of injections for optimal smoothing and filling.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?
Sculptra® treatments require no special preparation. Once your treatment plan is determined, we will outline a customized schedule that works for your busy schedule.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING RECOVERY?
During your injection you will apply cold air to the injection area with our Zimmer Cryo-chiller. This will help reduce swelling during the first 24 hours. In addition, we often recommend that you apply a soft cloth ice pack when you return home. This will further reduce swelling. It is also helpful to gently massage the face throughout the day. Be sure to avoid sun exposure and protect your skin with sunscreen.
ARE THERE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SCULPTRA TREATMENTS?
Side effects of Sculptra® injections may include short-term redness, tenderness, and swelling.
Patients experiencing concerning or unusual symptoms after treatment are advised to call us immediately.
HOW LONG DOES SCULPTRA LAST?
Sculptra’s long-lasting results make it a very popular facial volumizer. Our patients can typically expect their Sculptra results to last two years or more. Many patients even experience a subtle lift from their Sculptra treatment.
